Tonight we are in the car headed to the grocery store and Liv decides to cry. Not an unusual thing lately (tantrums) but after she stops crying she says, "See Daddy, I sad, I crying out my eyeballs." Travis is the sympathetic guy and says he is sorry that she is sad and she says with a cheerful tone, "okay lets be happy everybody!"
A few days ago we went to the local Winter Fair. There was live music and fun vendors, face painting and just a fun time. We won a cookie monster cake, Liv got a free small bag of M & M's. The next day I gave her the M & M's to eat and as she took each M & M out of the bag she blew on it. I asked her what she was doing and she said they were too hot to eat.
Another sad story of the day. Liv had a tantrum earlier in the afternoon. At the end of her tantrum she looks at me calmly and says, "M & M treats make it all better." Now, how do you not laugh at that? I wish I was that smooth in trying to justify my chocolate cravings because they really do make it all better.

Those are cute stories. I love that she has already learned that chocolate makes things all better. Libby loves M&M's, thus they are currently her potty treat.
This is the best age, isn't it? kids are so funny!
